Carlos & Josdel Cardoza
Hailing from Cumaná, Venezuela, this energetic couple brings a vibrant Latin spirit to the team. Passionate about youth ministry, they lead, teach, and serve with enthusiasm while nurturing their own calling in ministry.

Christine & Phillips
Christine is one of Mosaic’s founding members and has been a key part of its growth. Alongside Phillips—a gifted musician and music teacher at Faith School—they lead the youth ministry and music programs with deep devotion and love for the Lord.

Pastor Reynaldo & Julia Edwards
Originally from Costa Rica, Pastor Reynaldo and Julia are seasoned missionaries who have served in countries such as Thailand, Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, and more. Pastor Reynaldo leads with a heart for shepherding, while Julia, a professional teacher at Faith Baptist School in NJ, serves faithfully in the nursery and children’s ministry. Along with their children David, Hannah, and Elizabeth, they’ve played a vital role in building and growing Mosaic Church.

David & Sara Bruccoleri
A devoted couple from New Jersey, David and Sara have served Mosaic Church since its beginning. David, now a deacon, and Sara are committed to teaching, cooking, and stepping in wherever needed. Their faithfulness and love for God’s work shine through in all they do.
